We have recently launched our online tutoring program for upcoming au pairs as well as professional ESL teachers. Requirements are:
- Speak English fluently 
- Have online/offline English teaching experiences with children ( 5 years old+ ) 
- Love children, and lots of patience 
- With a high sense of responsibility 
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certificate

This online program comes with the following responsibilities: 
- To be responsible for the teaching only (30 minutes each lesson & one-on-one class setting)
- Complete other tasks assigned by the WE team 
- Stable working period (minimum 10 weeks, at least two times a week)

* Fluent in English
* An undergraduate or a graduate
* 18 years or older at the start of your internship
* Qualify for a Chinese visa
* Seeking an internship in a sector relevant to your studies

The following characteristics, though not a requirement, make a good candidate for an internship in China.
* Have an interest in Chinese culture
* Open to self-development and learning new things
* Open-minded and ready to take on new challenges
