The Land Down Under defines the work/life/travel balance. When you belong to the group of 18-30-somethings looking to fund a gap year abroad or take a quarter-life work sabbatical, working here can be a rite of passage. The job bit... A working holiday visa allows you to work in most sectors anywhere in Australia, giving you the flexibility to find casual or career-defining work. The money bit... Australia has a high minimum wage. For more skilled work related to your profession, trade or training – your salary will be higher and is uncapped on this visa. The visa bit... The Australian working holiday visa allows eligible 18-30 or 35-year-olds (depending on your nationality) to work for 12 months in Australia. Our JENZA Support Squad will check your eligibility and process your visa.

Locations
Wherever there are people, there is a need for a good, qualified dentist. First decide if you want city or country when searching for international dentistry jobs, and then check what the local requirements are for practicing. Some countries might align more closely with your home country while others may require extra testing or observed clinical hours. With a little research you’ll be able to find the perfect fit for your desired path.
Australia. For those of you who only speak English but still want the thrill of living abroad, try your hand at dentistry in a major city or charming small town of Australia. It’s one of the higher-paying jobs in Australia and you’ll experience a high standard of living with diverse and metropolitan ways to spend your free time.
China can prove a bit more of a challenge, both culturally and clinically. You likely won’t be allowed to work in a local hospital without citizenship, but even in the Western expat clinics where English is spoken, it’s critical to know at least a bit of the language. The way Chinese perform takes a bit of getting used to as well— they have more of a “if you’re not in unbearable pain, ignore it until you are” mentality that places more emphasis on treatment than prevention.
That being said, China is at the forefront of the modern world and offers a way of life unparalleled anywhere else. It’s fast, it’s exciting, and provides a unique look into the past while stilling pushing forward in major cities like Shanghai. If you can practice dentistry in China, you can do it anywhere!
Italy. Working abroad in dentistry in Italy is a dream come true for most, and dentistry is no exception. There are hundreds if not thousands of English-speaking expats in any given city, and with all the delicious food and soothing gelato, clients will be in need of a good dentist!
