EA contracted everything out to ski instructors on the ground. These instructors (who also had their own businesses to manage) were unable to effectively manage a very variable situation on the ground (lack of snow etc). I believe this is due to a lack of support from EA. Training itself (which the instructors were actually trained in) was very effective and good fun.
