I signed up for work holiday in New Zealand with a friend, and my trip coordinator was Kim Olsen. She was very helpful and friendly through out my entire process leading up to New Zealand, when I arrived in Auckland, and during my journey on the ground. Kim was always available via email or phone call and always reminded us that she was there to help, she made me feel like I had support even in my most confused moments.
