It is available to citizen of the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Norway, France, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Czechia, Argentina, Chile, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Lithuania, Sweden, Estonia, Netherlands, Hungary, Slovakia, or Iceland, who are between 18 and 30 years old.
