Most amazing experience!
August 06, 2026by: Michelle Jowen - MalaysiaProgram: Contractual Position
I’m so glad I joined the Management Training Program with RMC Asia! I learned a lot while training at a 5-star Marriott hotel in Phuket, but honestly the experience was so much more than just work. It helped me become more confident, meet amazing people, and experience what it's like to work in an international environment. One of my favorite parts was meeting friends from all over the world, we literally became best friends! 🥹 We explored Phuket together, celebrated Songkran for the first time which was SO much fun, and made memories I'll never forget. Super grateful for this opportunity and would definitely recommend it to anyone who's thinking about joining!
Good time, poor management
December 14, 2023by: Luc Yassin - United KingdomProgram: Become a Ski Instructor in Japan, with Training and Job
EA contracted everything out to ski instructors on the ground. These instructors (who also had their own businesses to manage) were unable to effectively manage a very variable situation on the ground (lack of snow etc). I believe this is due to a lack of support from EA. Training itself (which the instructors were actually trained in) was very effective and good fun. Accommodation was variable; some had good beds (with storage etc), others did not. A day for looking over equipment was promised but not provided. Overall I would say it was a good experience but could easily have been provided for far less.
Hi Luc, we appreciate your feedback and are glad you had a good experience overall. We want everyone to be ready and qualified in time to begin work when the season is in full swing. We put in a lot of work alongside our on-ground staff to prepare everyone for exams despite the challenging early season conditions this year. It’s great to hear you found the training valuable and thanks for choosing us to be a part of your journey. -The EA Team
