Join Penguin Camp in Germany! It has been 25 years since the founding of our camps, and native English-speaking counselors have guided thousands of children through the perks of the English language. We are delighted to celebrate this with you, and so we say: Experience English the easy way – at our Penguin Camps! We try our best to encourage participants to combine language learning with a creative, independent behavior. Essential requirements to be a Penguin Camp Counselor are: - Young/young at heart, creative, sociable, reliable, resilient and able to work well in a team - Native English speaker or bilingual - Have/organize own accommodation in or around Munich for the duration of the camps and training (mandatory) weekends - Knowledge of German is an advantage Desired skills or expertise for the job are as follows: - Experience in working with children and young people (e.g. TEFL or as a scout/guide leader, working with youth church groups, in schools or sports club), including the ability to solve conflicts and to encourage a positive and supportive group dynamics - Specialized skills such as arts and crafts, singing, drama, magic, sports, music, acrobatics, sewing, etc.
