Joining the Melbourne Gap Year tour with Grabatour was the best way to start my working holiday in Australia. From day one, everything was well-organized, and the team made sure we had all the essentials sorted—bank accounts, tax file numbers, SIM cards, and even job support. It took away all the stress of settling in and allowed me to focus on enjoying the experience. The itinerary was a perfect balance of practical help and exciting activities. We explored Melbourne’s vibrant laneways, visited St. Kilda Beach, and got to experience the city’s amazing food and coffee culture. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with anything we needed. One of the best parts of the tour was the people. I met an incredible group of fellow travelers, and the shared experiences made it easy to form friendships. Even after the tour ended, we stayed in touch and continued exploring Australia together. If you’re planning a working holiday in Australia, I highly recommend this tour. It gives you the perfect start, a great group of friends, and the confidence to begin your adventure the right way!

From the moment I arrived, everything was well-organized, making the transition into a new country smooth and stress-free. The itinerary was a great mix of practical support and fun experiences. The team helped us set up essentials like bank accounts, tax file numbers, and SIM cards, which saved me so much time and hassle. They also provided great advice on job hunting, which gave me a real head start in finding work. Beyond the practical stuff, the city tours were a highlight. We explored Melbourne’s famous laneways, checked out the street art, and visited St. Kilda Beach, all while learning about the city’s culture. There were also plenty of opportunities to socialize, and I met an amazing group of people from all over the world. A perfect introduction to travel, a great way to explore what Sydney has to offer, and a brilliant way to meet like minded people in your new location. highlights of the trip: Sydney Harbour, city tour, coastal walk, dolphin watching cruise, sand-boarding and employment support. Highly recommendable.

I had quite a very revealing moments during my master's studies in public and health promotion in the UK, being my first time of leaving the shore of my country to more organised and advanced society. UK was an eye opener for me and to experience first hand a multicultural society.

Life changing experience. A great foundation that I needed to start me off; friends, travelling. You get out of it as much as you put in. Be fearless. Remember everyone on the trip is going through similar emotions. My favourite year of my life.

Absolutely class!! The team did a great job. Really appreciate the help given for finding work and booking travels. Met such a great mix of people, who all make you feel welcome and just had a good laugh during the intro week. Tour guides felt more like friends than guides, and still managed to keep everyone safe, informed and entertained. One of the best times of my life, and worth every penny!!

I think this was a perfect experience, and the best possible way to get introduced to Australia that will get you out, about, and earning money. They provided you with help and advice, CV reviews and interview practice. Thanks guys!

Having read all the reviews, we decided to join this program for our working holiday in Australia. We had such an amazing time in Melbourne and got to see so much of the city during the intro week. I appreciate all that is written in the positive reviews. Activities were great from the start. The other people who were going in our group was nice and friendly. They kept their word and that is very important. Additionally, they helped us out with all the Aussie admin stuff during the intro week and supported us with farm work opportunities in Queensland since we all wanted to do the 88 days regional work for the second year visa extension. Highly recommended!

The intro week in Sydney was amazing. Lots of incredible moments and adventures to be had on this trip. Booking this paid work package was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I would recommend it to anyone. The week itself is definitely worth the money since we experienced many amazing activities such as wine tasting penguin spotting getaway trip etc.. and all the extra help especially employment help from the team is what makes this tour so unique. Everyone involved goes above and beyond to help support you and make you feel like home. I got my first job Down Under in Northern territory to extend my second year visa thank to the team. Much appreciated!!
